On-purchase service Sales team gives timely feedback to order issues, and will offer production schedule and weekly reports.
After-sales service Customer service team deals with customer’s feedback and complaints once upon their arrival. As for the complaints, sales will reply immediately and collect more details of the issue. And then inform the QC team and production department to find out solutions within 3 days. Preventive measures will be also implemented to avoid similar problems in the future.
